The present invention provides a conductive powder and a transparent conductive coating made of a Sn-containing In oxide having excellent conductivity and transmission characteristics in a low cost coating type. An In-hydroxide containing a trivalent element and Sn obtained by neutralizing an acidic solution containing In and Sn and a solution containing a trivalent element other than In with an alkali can be used in an amount of 300 to 300.
