abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image conversion panel excellent in moisture resistance and durability and providing a high image quality with high sensitivity that can be used in a good condition for a long time. A photostimulable phosphor layer 2 is formed on a support 3 by vapor deposition. In the protective layer 4, the basic inorganic layer 6, the first upper inorganic layer 7, and the second upper inorganic layer 8 are sequentially formed on the substrate 5 by vacuum deposition. The second upper inorganic layer 8 side of the protective layer and the phosphor layer 2 are adhered with an adhesive or the like, or are laminated under reduced pressure. [Selection] Figure 1
