abstract |
An object of the present invention is to develop semiconductor nanoparticles having excellent fluorescence properties and having fusibility with a biopolymer. A semiconductor nanoparticle is provided with functionality by including the semiconductor nanoparticle by a phospholipid bilayer membrane or a phospholipid multilayer membrane. As a result, it has become possible to produce functional semiconductor nanoparticles while maintaining the fluorescent properties of the semiconductor nanoparticles. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
