titleOfInvention | Method for manufacturing photoelectric conversion element |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a solid-state dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion element which can be manufactured at low cost and has excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency. A solar cell 1A shown in FIG. 1 is a so-called dry solar cell that does not require an electrolyte solution, and includes a first electrode 3 and a second electrode 3 A second electrode 6, an electron transport layer 4 located therebetween, a dye layer D in contact with the electron transport layer 4, and a dye layer D located between the electron transport layer 4 and the second electrode 6. A hole transport layer 5 and a barrier layer 8 that are in contact with the substrate 2 and are disposed on the substrate 2. The hole transport layer 5 contains a binder, and the hole transport layer containing the binder has been subjected to heat or light curing treatment. |
