abstract [Problem] To provide a liquid for pharmaceuticals or health drinks containing a high concentration of three types of branched chain amino acids of isoleucine, leucine and valine as amino acid components which are active ingredients, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: Three kinds of branched chain amino acids consisting of isoleucine, leucine and valine are dissolved in water in the presence of organic acids and / or inorganic acids such as citric acid, tartaric acid, malic acid, succinic acid, phosphoric acid, carbonic acid and hydrochloric acid. Characterized by dissolving, A method for producing a liquid preparation comprising, as an active ingredient, three kinds of branched chain amino acids composed of isoleucine, leucine and valine at a high concentration.
