abstract (57) Abstract: An object of the present invention is to use an electrolyte solution containing DFEC, which has excellent load characteristics, has little swelling of the battery even when left at high temperature, and has a charge termination of 4.9 V or more. An object of the present invention is to provide a lithium secondary battery that can be driven by setting a voltage, an electrolytic solution thereof, and a positive electrode thereof. The present invention relates to a negative electrode capable of occluding and releasing lithium and Li 1 + x M1 0.5-y M2 y Mn 1.5 O 4 capable of occluding and releasing lithium. (Chemical formula 1) (wherein, x is 0 to 0.5 and y is 0 to 0.3), and a positive electrode containing a compound represented by the following formula: A non-aqueous electrolytic solution containing difluoroethylene carbonate represented by the following: a lithium secondary battery, an electrolytic solution thereof, and a positive electrode thereof.
