titleOfInvention | Transparent conductive substrate and method for producing the same |
abstract | (57) [Problem] As a material having both a visible light transmittance and a leakage electric field shielding effect used for a display device such as a CRT or a PDP, the material has a high visible light transmittance, and there is no deterioration in resolution due to moire. At the same time, an inexpensive transparent conductive substrate having excellent conductivity and a method for producing the same are provided. SOLUTION: After forming a water-repellent transparent layer 2 having a predetermined pattern on a transparent substrate 1, or forming a water-repellent disappearing portion of a predetermined pattern on the water-repellent transparent layer, a transparent conductive material containing noble metal fine particles is formed. A patterned transparent conductive layer 3 having a predetermined continuous pattern is formed by applying a layer forming coating liquid, and a transparent coating layer forming coating liquid is further applied thereon to form a transparent coat layer 4. In the obtained transparent conductive substrate, the lower layer of the transparent two-layer film is composed of the patterned transparent conductive layer 3 having a continuous pattern and the water-repellent transparent layer 2. |
