titleOfInvention | Method for producing 1-substituted-5-hydroxypyrazole |
abstract | (57) Abstract: The present invention provides a compound of the formula I wherein R 1 is C 1 -C 6 -alkyl, C 2 -C 6 -alkenyl, C 2 -C 6 -alkynyl, C 3 -C 6 -cyclo. Alkyl or C 1 -C 4 -alkoxy, wherein these groups are halogen, C 1 -C 4 -alkoxy, phenoxy, C 1 -C 6 -alkoxycarbonyl, C 1 -C 6 -alkylthiocarbonyl or 3 Which may be substituted by a ring system having up to 14 ring atoms]. This method comprises the steps of: a) an alkyl vinyl ether of the formula III wherein R 2 is C 1 -C 6 -alkyl or C 3 -C 6 -cycloalkyl, and phosgene IVa, “diphosgene” IVb or Reacting with “triphosgene” VIc to obtain an acid chloride of formula V; b) removing the corresponding chloride of formula VI by removing hydrogen chloride from the acid chloride. C) reacting the acid chloride with a hydrazine of formula VII wherein R 1 is as defined above to form a 5-hydroxypyrazole of formula I Comprising obtaining. |
