(57) [Summary]nThe present invention relates to isolated nucleic acid molecules encoding pancreatic T-type calcium channels, as well as vectors and host cells containing the same. The invention further relates to methods and compositions comprising an antisense that alters expression of pancreatic T-type calcium channels. Provided is an isolated pancreatic T-type calcium channel protein and an antibody against the protein. Pharmaceutical compositions and methods of treating pancreatic T-type calcium channels are also provided. |
