(57) SUMMARY The present invention provides a method for isolating a compound that specifically binds to RNA or alters the affinity of a known compound for RNA. The method utilizes changes in the level of a fluorescent marker protein expressed in the same cell as the putative RNA binding compound to detect those compounds of interest. |
