Dyed deodorant cellulosic fabrics and method for producing the same |
abstract |
(57) [Problem] To provide a cellulosic fabric having excellent surface dyeing quality and deodorizing properties. SOLUTION: Copper carboxymethylated cellulose fibers or zinc carboxymethylated cellulose fibers are present on the back surface of the cellulosic fabrics. On the other hand, dyed cellulose fibers are present on the surface of the cloths without copper carboxymethylated cellulose fibers or zinc carboxymethylated cellulose fibers. These cellulosic fabrics can be manufactured by the following method. Cellulose fibers present on the back side of the fabrics are converted to alkali metal carboxymethylated cellulose fibers and subsequently converted to copper carboxymethylated cellulose fibers or zinc carboxymethylated cellulose fibers by a metal ion exchange reaction. On the other hand, cellulose fibers present on the surface of the fabrics are dyed with a reactive dye. |
