abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method of a lightweight, high-rigidity molded article reinforced with natural fibers, which exhibits high rigidity and excellent design even though it is very lightweight. SOLUTION: (1) a step of supplying non-matted natural fibers to a mold, (2) a step of supplying a polyurethane / polyurea raw material comprising a polyol component and a polyisocyanate component to a mold, and (3) a polyurethane in a mold. / A method for producing a polyurethane / polyurea molded article reinforced with natural fibers, comprising a step of curing a polyurea raw material. |
