titleOfInvention | Cloth for endoscope |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] A gauze laminated with a nonwoven fabric is cut into an elongated shape, It is used for endoscopes. In heat-sealing a resin yarn (marker yarn) containing barium sulfate (X-ray opaque substance) on the surface of the nonwoven fabric laminated gauze, the polypropylene filament having a high content of barium sulfate lacks tenacity. There is a concern that small pieces may be peeled off due to kinking bending when passing a thin tube. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an endoscope fabric in which a marker thread piece does not easily fall off. SOLUTION: This is an endoscope fabric 10 in which a marker yarn 12 is fused to a surface of a laminated fabric 11 in which a nonwoven fabric is laminated on at least one surface of a gauze. The marker yarn 12 is formed by winding a polyester filament 16 around a polypropylene multifilament 15 containing 59 w / w% of barium sulfate. |
