abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be used as an adhesive for adhering constituent members of an ink flow path portion and a liquid chamber portion of an ink jet head, and having ink resistance, particularly alkali resistance, between members after long-term immersion. Provided are an epoxy resin composition for manufacturing an ink jet head, which can improve adhesion, has high peel strength, and has good workability, and a method for manufacturing an ink jet head using the epoxy resin composition. SOLUTION: (1) An epoxy resin composition for manufacturing an ink jet head, comprising a bisphenol type epoxy resin and / or an alicyclic epoxy resin, a cationic photopolymerization initiator as a curing agent, and an ion scavenger. (2) The epoxy resin composition according to any one of claims 1 to 9 is applied to one or both surfaces of an ink jet head member having no light transmittance, and light irradiation is performed so that a cured film is not generated on the applied surface. And then bonding and curing by hot after-cure. |
