A high-temperature exhaust heat-utilizing power generation device in which a cooling medium flow path and a high-temperature exhaust gas flow path are formed through a partition, wherein a specific surface is provided on the partition surface on the cooling medium flow path side or on the high-temperature exhaust gas flow path side. A high-temperature exhaust heat-utilizing power generator characterized in that a thermoelectric conversion element formed by alternately connecting an n-type thermoelectric conversion material and a p-type thermoelectric conversion material is arranged to extract electric power.
