titleOfInvention Pre-expanded polyolefin resin particles and method for producing the same
abstract (57) [Problem] To use polyolefin resin pre-expanded particles for in-mold expansion molding, a parameter indicating a crystal state of the resin is defined. Dimensional fluctuations and molding cycle fluctuations of the molded body occur, and it cannot be said that molding is controlled at a satisfactory level. A standard deviation of a peak ratio calculated from a measurement by a differential scanning calorimeter method is set to 1.2 or less as a parameter indicating the crystal state. Further, in the release step of the depressurization foaming method, when the pressure inside the pressure vessel is increased stepwise or continuously, or when using a foaming agent having a melting point lowering effect on the polyolefin resin, the pressure inside the pressure vessel is kept constant. It has been found that a method of increasing the temperature in a stepwise or continuous manner without holding can suppress an increase in the peak ratio due to the release time, and can produce pre-expanded particles with small dispersion between particles in a crystalline state.
