abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition which does not contain halogen, exhibits good flame retardancy, is excellent in electric insulation and can form an electric insulating layer having a low dielectric constant, and a multilayer circuit obtained by using the same. Provide a substrate. SOLUTION: Particles of needle polymelamine salt having an average major axis of 20 μm are dispersed in a mixed solvent composed of xylene and cyclopentanone, and pulverized by a bead mill to obtain primary particles having an average major axis of 0.01 to 5 μm. And particles of melamine polyphosphate having an average aspect ratio of 5 or less and a particle having a major axis of more than 10 μm of 10% or less are obtained. These particles, an insulating resin such as an alicyclic olefin polymer or an aromatic polyether polymer, a nitrogen-based curing agent such as 1,3-diallyl-5-glycidyl isocyanurate, and 2- [2- A curable composition containing an ultraviolet absorber such as hydroxy-3,5-bis (α, α-dimethylbenzyl) phenyl] benzotriazole, and forming a film by a solution casting method. The multilayer circuit board is obtained by laminating on an inner layer board and curing. |
