SOLUTION: A diamond-like carbon film is provided on a surface of a rubber base mainly composed of fluororubber having units of ethylene tetrafluoride. The fluororubber having units of tetrafluoroethylene is preferably crosslinked with an organic peroxide, and The Shore A hardness of the rubber substrate is preferably from 40 to 100.
