(57) [Summary]n4,5,6,7-Tetrahydro-thieno [3,2-c] pyridine derivatives produce glucose-6-phosphatase (G-6-Pases) in in vitro systems, microorganisms, eukaryotic cells, animal individuals and humans. It regulates the activity of molecules having a glucose-6-phosphate recognition unit, and is effective in treating diseases related to the glucose metabolic pathway. |
