(57) [Summary] [Purpose] Even without intentionally adding volatile organic compounds, An aqueous resin composition having excellent low-temperature film-forming properties and low-temperature stability is provided. [Constitution] A two-layer aqueous resin composition obtained by copolymerizing a polymerizable polyurethane resin having an emulsifying ability and a polymerizable vinyl monomer in water, and the action of a polyurethane resin component having a grafted outer layer. By introducing a hydroxyl group into at least one of the polyurethane resin component and the vinyl polymer component, low-temperature film-forming properties and low-temperature stability are excellent. |
