A lactone-based polyester polyol (A) obtained by ring-opening addition polymerization of a lactone, a polyisocyanate (B), and a hydroxy group-containing (meth) acrylate (C) are reacted to obtain a carboxyl group having an acid value of 10 Carboxyl group-containing urethane (meta) A film coating composition containing an acrylate as a curing component. |
