titleOfInvention Silver colloidal substance and silver colloid-associated substance
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a novel silver colloid substance and an associated substance thereof. SOLUTION: Silver nanoparticles are coated with a specific sulfur-containing fluorocarbon compound (fluorinated alkyl mercaptan, fluorinated alkyl disulfide or fluorinated alkyl ester of thioacetic acid) by bonding to the molecule through a bond with the sulfur atom. To form a silver colloidal material. The silver colloidal materials further associate with each other by the action of the extra molecules of the specific sulfur-containing fluorocarbon compound to form a silver colloid aggregated material. The silver colloid substance has a yellow color, and the silver colloid-associated substance usually has an orange to red color, and is expected to be used, for example, as a colorant.
