abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a non-aqueous electrolyte battery which is prevented from generating an internal short circuit and has excellent reliability. SOLUTION: There is provided a container made of a laminated film, and a battery element 11 composed of a positive electrode 3 and a negative electrode 5 is accommodated in the container, and the positive electrode terminal lead 17 bonded to the positive electrode 3 and the negative electrode 5 are bonded. In the nonaqueous electrolyte battery in which the negative electrode terminal lead 15 is led out of the container, a resin layer is bonded to at least the positive electrode terminal lead 17 and the negative electrode terminal lead 15 exposed in the container. Are insulated from the opposite electrode.
