abstract | (57) [Summary] Polysilsesquioxane which has good compatibility with a polymer, has no adverse effects such as white turbidity even if added in a large amount, and can be blended with a polymer, a top coat, and an optical coating Provide a coating agent suitable for system applications. SOLUTION: A polysilsesquioxane having a terminal SiH and a general formula: Is reacted with a polyoxyalkylene having an alkenyl group represented by the formula (A) in the presence of a transition metal catalyst. {R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 are C1-20 alkyl, C4 10 cycloalkyl, C6-10 aryl-containing groups; X is C2-20 alkylene; X 'is C2-20 Alkenyl; Y is —OCH 2 CH 2 —, —OCH (CH 3 ) CH 2 — or —OCH 2 CH (CH 3 ) —; (Yp) a number satisfying the average molecular weight of 100 to 4000; Z is hydrogen, C1-20 alkyl, C4-10 cycloalkyl, C6-10 aryl-containing group; n = 0.1-3.0, m = 0-2.0, n + m = 0.1- 3.0. The number average molecular weight having the composition represented by} is 50 0 to 10,000 polyoxyalkylene group-containing polysilsesquioxane is produced. |
