Tyrosine phosphatase inhibitor |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug having a novel mechanism of action, which is involved in activation of T cells and mast cells involved in immunity and allergic reactions and inhibits tyrosine phosphatase possessed by CD45 antigen. SOLUTION: The formula: (Wherein R 1 and R 2 are the same or different and each is a phenyl group, X represents a phenyl group or a naphthyl group substituted with 1 to 3 halogen atoms, and X represents an oxygen atom or an imino group. A tyrosine phosphatase inhibitor comprising the compound represented by the formula (1) as an active ingredient. |
