titleOfInvention Differentiation method of skin barrier function
abstract (57) [Summary] An object of the present invention is to provide a method for distinguishing a stratum corneum barrier function which is simple and applicable to selection of cosmetics. SOLUTION: In observing a stratum corneum sample collected from the epidermis, the arrangement regularity of keratinocytes, the presence / absence of nucleated cells and the cell area are determined, and one or two selected from these are determined. Differentiate skin barrier function using species or more as indicators.
