abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a dietary supplement which contributes to hair growth, promotion of hair growth and prevention of hair loss. SOLUTION: The present invention contains yeast or a yeast extract, vitamins, and minerals. In particular, calcium pantothenate, biotin and the like can be blended as vitamins, and zinc compounds or zinc-containing natural products can be blended as minerals. The shape may be any of tablet, granule, powder, capsule type, paste type, and beverage type. In addition, the intake amount of yeast is desirably about 2 to 7.5 g. In addition, vitamins and minerals can be added in an amount that has been confirmed to be safe even if taken for a long period of time. According to the present invention, it is possible to safely and easily ingest nutrients that are effective for hair growth and hair growth.
