abstract (57) [Problem] To provide an immunological measurement method capable of quickly and simply measuring the concentration of an antigen or an antibody at low cost. SOLUTION: In the immunological measurement method of the present invention, a measurement element 33 is prepared, and a test liquid 70 is impregnated from one end of the measurement element by negative pressure or capillary action. The measurement element 33 is impregnated to the site carrying the antibody to which the labeled substance can be specifically bound to the antigen 92 to be measured, so that the antibody is mixed into the test liquid 70 and further measured. When the impregnation to the site where the standard antigen 93 is immobilized, which is located on the other end side of the element 33 for use, is performed, the antibody between the standard antigen 93 and the antigen 92 to be measured is subjected to an antigen-antibody reaction in accordance with the respective antigen concentrations. To form an antigen-antibody complex, measure the amount of the labeling substance contained in the antigen-antibody complex, and convert the concentration of the measurement target antigen 92 from the amount of the labeling substance.
