PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide monofilament which has excellent dimensional stability and wet heat resistance and can be used for industrial materials for a long period of time, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: A polyamide monofilament comprising a polyamide in which 0.1 to 2.0% by weight of a carbodiimide compound is added to a polyamide composition containing 60% by weight or more of polymetaxylylene adipamide. |
