abstract A stable supplement for feeding stuffs containing vitamins A and/or D and trace minerals normally destructive thereof is made by granulating the trace minerals, exemplified by Fe, Cu, Mn, Co, I or their compounds with a binding agent to a particle size of between 30 and 16 mesh, the binding agent being a true wax, i.e. long chain fatty acid ester of a monohydric alcohol, e.g. beeswax, esparto wax; a paraffin wax, e.g. scale wax, alone or in admixture, but excluding the products from hydrogenated animal and vegetable oils and fats, and mixing the granulated minerals with a product containing vitamins A and/or D in solid particulate form.
