abstract The present invention relates to a method for determining the influence of a condition on a biological sample comprising the steps of (a) bringing said sample previously subjected to said condition into contact with a solution comprising at least one fluorescent compound and optionally a compound an accelerator affecting the integrity of said sample; (b) measuring the fluorescence emitted by said fluorescent compound at at least two distinct times, t1 and t2 following said step (a), said method being carried out without continuous illumination of the fluorescent compound.
