titleOfInvention | MATERIAL FOR IMAGING INKJET PRINTING |
abstract | The present invention relates to a material for forming images by inkjet printing exhibiting very good color fastness over time. Said material comprises a support and at least one ink receiving layer, said receiving layer ink comprising at least one water-soluble binder and at least one aluminosilicate polymer obtainable according to a preparation process consisting in treating an aluminum halide with a mixture of at least one silicon alkoxide comprising only hydrolyzable substituents and of at least one silicon alkoxide comprising a non-hydrolyzable substituent, by an aqueous alkali in the presence of silanol groups, the aluminum concentration being kept below 0.3 mol / l, the Al / Si molar ratio being maintained between 1 and 3.6 and the alkali / Al molar ratio being maintained between 2.3 and 3; then in stirring the mixture obtained at room temperature in the presence of silanol groups for a time sufficient to form the hybrid aluminosilicate polymer. The ink receiving layer also includes inorganic fillers. |
