The present invention relates to a method for detecting a catalytic activity of a sample, characterized in that it comprises the incubation of a substrate (S) with the sample capable of possessing the catalytic activity that one wishes to detect, - the addition of a reagent (X) capable of reacting either with a chemical group of the substrate (S) not consumed, or with a chemical group of the product (P) formed after an incubation time with the sample, - the addition of a developer (R) capable of reacting with the reagent (X), - the detection of the transformation of the developer (R). |
