abstract The invention relates to an automatic device (100) for producing a plurality of reaction samples from several components for carrying out chemical or biological reactions in a liquid medium. According to the invention, it comprises: - a first supply plate (110), comprising N receptacles containing components, - a second supply plate (120), comprising M receptacles containing components, - a sample plate (130), comprising several cavities having a volume of the order of a few tens of nanoliters, intended to contain a mixture of components, - a piezoelectric micropipette (141; 142) capable of delivering drops of volume of the order of one nanoliter , - means for moving the piezoelectric micropipette along at least two perpendicular Y, Z axes so that it can pick up from each filled receptacle, a determined quantity of a component, and - means for relative displacement of the piezoelectric micropipette and the sample plate, associated with pull trigger means such that said micropipette delivers at least one drop of component into each cavity of the sample plate.
