titleOfInvention Optical integrated circuit.
abstract Provided is an optical integrated circuit which includes a laser diode emitting laser light and a photodiode receiving light emitted by the laser diode. According to the invention, the laser diode (5) and the photodiode (6) are arranged at positions on the same substrate, which positions are not optically on the same straight line, the laser diode (5) and the photodiode (6 ) being both arranged on a support plate (9) and a reflecting mirror (8) for the optical coupling of the laser diode (5) to the photodiode (6) is provided on the support plate (9). The invention applies in particular to integrated circuits.
