THE ELASTOMERIC COMPOSITION ACCORDING TO THE INVENTION ESSENTIALLY CONSTITUTES A, 10 TO 90 BY WEIGHT OF A TERPOLYMER OF A CONJUGATED DIOLEFINE, OF AN ALPHA, BETA-INSATURE NITRILE AND OF AN ALPHA, BETA-INSATURE CARBOXYL ESTER (OF PREFERENCE A TERPOLYMER CONSTITUTED BY 20 TO 50 BY WEIGHT OF A CONJUGATED DIOLEFIN, 10 TO 40 BY WEIGHT OF AN ALPHA, BETA-INSATURE NITRILE AND 10 TO 70 BY WEIGHT OF AN ALPHA, BETA-INSATURE CARBOXYL ESTER), B, 10 TO 90 BY WEIGHT OF SULFUR-VULCANIZABLE ACRYLIC RUBBER AND C, 0 TO 40 BY WEIGHT OF A COPOLYMER OF A CONJUGATE DIOLEFIN AND OF A NITRILE ALPHA, BETA-INSATURE WITH A CONTENT OF NITRILE ALPHA, BETA-INSATURE FROM 10 TO 60 IN WEIGHT. THIS COMPOSITION IS LOW COST, HAS EXCELLENT ABILITY TO BE PROCESSED, AS WELL AS EXCELLENT RESISTANCE TO OILS AND OZONE AND EXCELLENT THERMAL RESISTANCE; IN ADDITION IT LOW CONTAMINATES THE MOLDS AND PRESENTS LOW COMPRESSION DEFORMATION. |
