THE NEW PROCESS THEREFORE PRESENTS, COMPARED TO PREVIOUS KNOWN PROCESSES, THE FOLLOWING MAIN ADVANTAGES: REDUCTION OF THE QUANTITY OF CONIDIA NECESSARY FOR SOWING, EASIER FIGHT AGAINST FUNGAL CONTAMINANTS AND REDUCTION OF THE STORAGE TIME OF CHEESES BEFORE THEIR PACKAGING.
