The invention relates to the polymer industry. A curable, electrically insulating composition comprising an ethylene-alkyl acrylate copolymer and a hydrated aluminum oxide, as filler, treated with a silane such as vinyl-tris (beta-methoxyethoxy) silane. Application to the insulation of electric wires and cables, in particular of conductors for moving parts, due to the good flexibility of the insulating sheaths obtained. |
