titleOfInvention | PROCESS FOR SEPARATION OF ANIMAL RAW MATERIALS |
abstract | This process of separating animal raw material into a fat fraction and at least one protein fraction consists of reducing the material to a finely divided state, heating it in two phases first to a temperature of 45 to 70 degrees C, then up to a temperature of 85 to 100 degrees C, with the addition of water between the two heaters. The heating to the first temperature takes place in a closed circuit and the centrifugal separation of the desired fractions by controlling the feed rate of raw material as a function of the viscosity of the latter. This process relates in particular to the treatment of slaughterhouse waste and the like. |
