titleOfInvention NEW BIOLOGICAL REAGENTS CONSTITUTED BY SOLID SUPPORTS ON WHICH ORGANIC COMPOUNDS ARE COUPLED WITH A CARBOHYDRATE RESIDUE
abstract Biological reagents. These reagents are obtained by coupling specific antibodies with regard to antigens corresponding to given pathological states, which antibodies belong to the group of glycoproteins, on an insoluble support carrying side chains obtained by binding, by covalent bonds, of compounds comprising a reactive —NH2 group, optionally themselves coupled with a nitrogen-containing compound optionally further comprising an —SH group. Application of these reagents to the diagnosis of various diseases or particular pathological conditions.
