abstract These copolyesters consist of (a) an acid component of >90 (100) mole % aromatic and 10 (0) mole; aliphatic dicarboxylic acid gps. and (b) a diol component of >50 (>70) mole polyethylene (diethylene) glycol and 50 (30) mole % alkane diol (ethylene glycol) gps. They give good bond strength when used as hot melt adhesives for bonding metals, wood, leather and plastics.
