There is provided a plate-shaped carbon fiber reinforced molding material comprising a thermoplastic resin, carbon fibers (A) and carbon fibers (B), wherein: ni) the carbon fibers (A) have fiber lengths ranging from 0.01 mm to less than 3 mm, nii) the carbon fibers (B) have fiber lengths ranging from 3 mm to less than 100 mm, niii) 1.0 < Lw A /Ln A < 3 is satisfied where Lw A and Ln A are a weight-average fiber length and a number-average fiber length of the carbon fibers (A), respectively, and niv) the carbon fibers (B) are two-dimensionally randomly oriented. |
