A probe for detecting polymorphism in the ABCG2 gene is constituted by including, for example, an oligonucleotide which is complementary to a base sequence including the 301st to the 311th bases of the base sequence indicated in SEQ ID NO:1 and having a length of from 11 bases to 50 bases, and has an identity of at least 80%, and in which the base corresponding to the 311th base has been labeled with a fluorescent dye. |
