This invention is a polymer cell comprising a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a polymer electrolyte containing a polymer, a support salt and a phosphazene derivative, and can be preferably used in various fields because the self-extinguishing property or fire retardant property, stability, low-temperature discharge property and high-temperature storing property are excellent while maintaining cell characteristics and the like required as a cell and the leakage of electrolyte is free and the thinning and miniaturization are possible. |
