abstract |
An adhesive sheet for dicing comprising a base filmnprovided at least one surface thereof with an adhesive layer,nwherein the base film comprises an olefinic thermoplasticnelastomer comprising propylene and ethylene and/or α-olefinnincluding 4 to 8 carbon atoms as polymerization components, andnthe peak melting temperature of the olefinic thermoplasticnelastomer is 120 °C or more, is free of economical disadvantagesnwith less reduction in the quality level of products and lessngeneration of fibrous off-cuts during dicing. In particular,nfibrous off-cuts occur less during dicing when the base filmncontains a crystal-nucleating agent. Further, generation ofnchippings during dicing can be prevented by incorporation ofnan ethylene series polymer into the base film. |
