The recombinant plasmid vector prWhEBS-BNX was constructed.nFor connection of the gene genome sequence for hEPO with the promoter of gene for rWAPnthe original motif of translation Kozak consensus is modified by installation of NotI nrestriction site. In this way prepared expression vector prWhEBS-BNX is transferred tongenome of eukaryotic cells and genome of vertebrates for production of a polypeptide productnpresenting the entire primary structural conformation of human erythropoietin. |
