abstract |
The present invention provides a rubber composition improved in the heatnresistance, which is suitable for a reinforcing rubber for tire sidewall portionsnand a bead filler rubber. Also, provided is a pneumatic tire produced using thenrubber composition. The rubber composition comprises (A) a natural rubbernand/or a synthetic diene rubber and (B) at least one compound selected from thengroup consisting of a compound represented by the following Formula I:n R 1 -S-S-A-S-S-R 2 nwherein A represents an alkylene group having 2 to 10 carbon atoms, and R 1 nand R 2 each independently represents a monovalent nitrogen-containingnorganic group; a citraconimide compound; and an acrylate compound. Thenpneumatic tire has a rubber layer for reinforcing tire sidewall and/or a beadnfiller each made of the rubber composition. |
