Method for brazing two borosilicate glass components comprising thensteps of depositing a first metallic layer on a portion of the surface of eachnglass element, depositing a second metallic layer on said first metallic layer.nOnce the bi-metallic layer are deposited on the corresponding surface of thentwo glass elements, a low temperature solder like SnInAg for example isninserted between the two coated glass surfaces. The final assembly is thennheated so as to perform the brazing of the two elements. This method maynbe used for manufacturing leak tight glass containers encapsulatingnelectronic component in view of being implanted in a human or animal body. |
