Disclosed is a porous membrane built-in biosensorncomprising (a) at least one substrate; (b) an electrodenlayer patterned on the substrate, consisting of annelectrode system and a circuit connector; (c) anninsulator, formed on parts of the electrode layer, fornelectrically separating the electrode system from ancircuit connector; and (d) a porous membrane via theninsulator on the electrode system, wherein, when a wholenblood sample is introduced to the biosensor, the wholenblood sample is separated into its components during thenchromatographic motion through the porous membrane so thatnonly blood plasma can be contacted with the electrodensystem. The porous membrane built-in biosensor isnprovided with a sample inlet, which allows samples to benintroduced in a constant quantity to the biosensors porousnmembranes without pretreatment. |
