abstract |
A heat-peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheetnwhich, even when used for temporarily fixing electronic partsnhaving poor resistance to static electricity, such as magneticnheads, is effective in preventing the yield of such electronicnparts from being reduced by electrostatic breakage, whilenensuring its functions of adhesiveness before heating andnpeelability after heating. The heat-peelable pressure-sensitivenadhesive sheet comprises a substrate and formed onnat least one side thereof a heat-expandable pressure-sensitivenadhesive layer containing heat-expandable microspheres,nwherein the heat-expandable pressure-sensitive adhesive layernhas a surface resistivity of 10 12 Ω/□ or lower. In thisnheat-peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, thenheat-expandable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer beforenheating may have a center line average surface roughness ofn2 µm or less and a maximum surface roughness of 5 µm or less.nThe adhesive sheet may have a rubber-like organic elastic layerninterposed between the substrate and the heat-expandablenpressure-sensitive adhesive layer. |
